I felt so inspired after the question raised “As a woman, would you rather be in the woods with an unknown man or a bear?”
It’s the bear. It’s always the bear.
Women all around have given so many reasons why we pick the bear. Here’s just some of them:
🐻No one would question me if the bear attack really happened.
🐻No one would suggest that I liked the bear attack.
🐻No one would say I deserved it because of my outfit.
🐻No one would say the bear was so nice and I ruined its life.
🐻A bear wouldn’t pretend to be my friend before attacking me.
🐻A bear would not film it and share it.
🐻A bear does not traffic women.
🐻A bear’s motives are easier to understand.
🐻A bear wouldn’t accuse me of leading it on because I was nice to it.
🐻A bear would either leave me alone or kill me. There aren’t hundreds of ways a bear can hurt me.
If I survived the bear attack, I wouldn’t have to see the bear at family reunions.
👉🏻 We pick the bear for so many reasons. Way too many reasons. We pick the bear because it sees us as human beings. We pick the bear because we’re safer with the bear.
